RECYCLING PROCESS
TYRMA develops technology and deploys its own machinery, while in constant evolution it reviews and adjusts all processes seeking constant improvement and energy efficiency.
From the purchasing department, selecting the product, to the logistics department that supervises the delivery of final material, the R&D, production and administration departments work in a coordinated manner at all times, thanks to this we can guarantee quality material that is delivered in the times that the client demands.
The commercial and purchasing department is in charge of the process of selection and purchasing of quality plastic, selection and input testing.
Once the plastic has been selected, the Production Department will begin the process of shredding.
Obtaining an ideal material size with the purpose of facilitate its reprocessing
Main wash removing the most superficial waste.
It allows to remove the remaining dirt.
In our extrusion proceeding we treat the material with a double filtering (90-110 mesh/inch) together with a double degazification.

The Logistics Department coordinates the collection and delivery of the material to the client.
TYRMA follows an exhaustive treatment of the water used in the production process with the most advanced purification systems, thus obtaining water that allows its recirculation for productive use.
Our target, as an environmentally conscious company, is to reduce water consumption in the process by working exclusively with recirculation.
